Welcome to Dila (“we,” “our,” “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dila mobile application (“App”) and any related features, services, or content provided by Dila.
By downloading, registering, or using Dila, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.


1. Eligibility

1.1. Age Requirement
Dila is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years or older.

1.2. Legal Capacity
By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

1.3. Prohibited Use by Minors
We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use or register for Dila. Accounts found to violate this rule will be terminated.


2. Account Registration and Responsibility

2.1. Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create a Dila account using valid credentials (such as email or social login).

2.2. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

2.3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

2.4. Unauthorized Use
If you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account, notify us immediately at service@dila.life.

2.5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to other users.


3. Use of the Dila App

3.1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Dila for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Virtual Gifts, Coins, and In-App Purchases

Dila uses an internal virtual currency system (“coins”) for purchasing gifts and unlocking premium features.

4.2. Purchases and Transactions
Coins can be purchased through authorized app stores or other approved payment channels.

4.3. Non-Refundable Policy
All coin purchases and virtual gifts are non-refundable once completed, except where required by law or platform policy.

4.4. Value and Expiration
Coins have no real-world monetary value and may expire after extended inactivity, as determined by Dila’s policies.

4.5. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to investigate and act against fraudulent transactions, including suspension or forfeiture of coins.


5. Live Streaming and User-Generated Content (UGC)

5.1. Ownership
You retain ownership of any content (videos, photos, comments, etc.) you upload or stream on Dila.

5.2. License to Dila
By posting content, you grant Dila a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for service operation and promotion.

You are solely responsible for the content you broadcast or upload.

6. User Conduct and Community Rules

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hateful behavior is strictly prohibited.

6.3. Impersonation
You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

6.4. Commercial Use Restrictions
Users are not allowed to advertise, solicit, or promote third-party goods or services within the App without written consent.

6.5. Consequences of Violation
Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or reporting to authorities.


7. Payment and Revenue Policies

7.1. Paid Features
Certain premium features, such as exclusive chats, live access, or video calls, may require coin payment.

7.2. Revenue for Hosts
Eligible broadcasters or content creators may receive revenue or rewards based on the value of virtual gifts received.

7.3. Withdrawals
Withdrawal of earnings (where applicable) is subject to verification, minimum balance, and compliance with tax or legal requirements.

7.4. Service Fees
Dila may deduct a platform commission or processing fee from earned revenues, clearly displayed before payout.

7.5. Fraud Prevention
Suspicious or abusive withdrawal activities may result in account suspension pending investigation.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. Ownership of Platform Content
All elements of Dila, including logos, designs, software, and text, are owned or licensed by Dila and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8.2. User License
We grant users a limited license to use content available on the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.3. Prohibition of Unauthorized Use
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit Dila’s content without prior written authorization.

8.4. Claims of Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on Dila, contact service@dila.life with detailed evidence for review.


9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. Privacy Commitment
Your privacy is important to us. The collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9.2. User Consent
By using Dila, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1. User-Initiated Termination
You may delete your account at any time via in-app settings or by contacting our support team.

10.2. Dila-Initiated Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Dila if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct, or misuse payment systems or virtual goods.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English.


12. Updates to the Terms

12.1. Policy Modifications
Dila reserves the right to update or revise these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting within the app or on our website.

12.2. User Notification
Users will be notified of major updates via in-app alerts or email. Continued use of Dila after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
